Appearance
A woman in her mid-twenties, about 5'8", with teal-green hair cut short on one side and feathered out in short spikes on the other. She has a black anodized hoop through her left nostril and two in the corner of her right eyebrow above large eyes that are a bright green. Her face is round but with a more pointed chin and a slightly upturned tip to her nose. She seems a bit athletic but isn't skinny by any stretch, the exact nature of her curves and physique obscured by an Asia Pop shirt in a greyscale gradient of ANSI art fading into black at the bottom and some loose athletic pants tucked into the kind of worn leather boots you'd see on a Nomad. Over it all she wears a grey military surplus jacket from one of the Eurowars, down to mid-thigh, with an attached hood bunched at the back of her neck.
Background
Quinn's adjacent to NC native, having been born in a Nomad clan that didn't last, but raised in the immigrant communities of NC by Edgerunner parents, leaving her with a particular worldview that is at once completely realistic but also not beaten down by having illusions ripped away. She's avoided close entanglement with particular gangs but makes for a surprisingly outgoing and sociable Netrunner who is easy to get along with and handy in the field. She has a habit of describing her relationship with the Net more in the way that people describe spiritual connections rather than a professional one.
