Kimmy
Appearance
Kimmy is a young woman of mixed Japanese and Anglo descent, with long black hair and blue eyes. Most of the time anyway, that's what she was born with and used to, but modern technology makes that variable. She's on the smaller side, at 159 cm tall and looking to mass about 50 kilos.
Distinguishing Features
She has a set of light tattoos, but instead of a design they are worked in around her eyes and lips as cosmetics, giving her versatile and programmable mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick. And she has the Lead's Turn-On Show-Off Nails to match. Cranked all the way up, it can be a real light show.
Mannerisms and Habits
She is generally smiling and defaults to a cheerful upbeat presence. She frequents bars and clubs, in no small part because that's where the work is for musicians.
Associations
She used to be an idol singer under a Sanroo label, and under a different stage name. People who follow that scene might recognize her.
Capabilities
She can sing, she can dance, she can act, and she can rock a guitar. She can also rock a face when she needs to.

Kimmy's not very good at the business side of things, so having a good manager could be a big help. Her last one was a terrible corpo though, so she's wary of the type.

Night City is a rough town, and sometimes to make ends meet you need a side gig. Or six. While not what you could call a hardened criminal, Kimmy is good in a scuffle. She's also equipped and skilled at disguise, so she can slip in lots of places to be an inside woman.
Background
Kimiko Owens is now a Night City resident of mixed Japanese-American Anglo descent, after moving here from Tokyo. She came up through the Idoru programs at Sanroo as a musical act under the name Kimi-O. How she got there wasn't exactly pretty, her parents basically sold her to the corp once she was old enough to show talent, and she was raised in the corp for this role from adolescence.
This relationship ended poorly and she left Sanroo basically penniless. Specifically, she was considered to be aging out of the idol program, and being 'encouraged' to transfer into the Adult Brain Dance program. She wanted to move into being a real music star instead. This disagreement led to her now former manager, Akira Takahashi, having a busted face and her out on the run.
Her friend and former band mate Karin helped her get out of Japan, working a temp job as a musician on a cruise ship to get across the Pacific. She ended up on the streets of Night City not too long ago at the age of 21 (at time of chargen). Now she goes more simply by Kimmy, and she's looking to make a new name, fame, and fortune for herself here.
