Anna is | Anna is a Chinese woman with a strong, compact, distinctly curving build. Broad hips, muscular legs, a full chest, and a grounded physical presence give her the look of someone built for long nights, heavy equipment, bad roads, and the occasional need to move something herself rather than wait for help.

Her face is classically Chinese in structure, with dark almond-shaped eyes, high cheekbones, a clean jawline, and a composed expression that tends to read as watchful even when she is amused. Her most immediate identifier is the crimson geometric mask painted across her eyes, extending toward the temples in sharp ritual angles. Dark liner and deep burgundy lipstick usually finish the effect.

Her | Her black cyber-dreads form a dense neural crown reaching down her back. Violet, magenta, and occasional cold-blue fiber optics run through the hair beside metal cuffs, connectors, beads, and functional audio couplings. Clothing changes with the job: club wear after a set, battered cargo trousers and boots on the road, and a distressed ritual coat when she wants the full stage silhouette.

The tattoo work is deliberate rather than decorative clutter. Most visible is a ritual pattern along her right side built around a lotus, sak-yant geometry, and Chinese characters arranged as part of the design rather than as a simple inscription. Smaller waveform, crescent, and signal motifs appear elsewhere across her body.

Live audio is routed through the neural interface and BD interpretation layer, where Anna's emotional response becomes a visual signal. Feedback loops let her shape that signal before it is split between her own control feed, the club's physical sound system, and a local visual broadcast available to compatible audience optics.

The Crown was Raven Microcybernetics' early-2030s attempt to bridge implanted neuralware with a heavier external pickup architecture. Instead of relying entirely on internal neural taps, the system surrounded the rear of the skull with additional sensory pickups, signal-conditioning hardware, modular interface rails, and an occipital recording core. The result was bulky, temperamental, and unusually complete: a full-sensory recording and playback platform that could be serviced, rerouted, or physically patched without opening the user's skull.
</div> | </div> | ||
| Line 774: | Line 980: | ||
color:#dddddd; | color:#dddddd;
"> | "> | ||
Raven originally pushed the Crown toward the rapidly expanding remote-coupling and teledildonics market. For a brief window it offered something difficult to duplicate: high-bandwidth shared sensation using a hybrid of internal neural capture and externally conditioned sensory data. The market moved faster than the hardware. Cleaner internal interfaces, better neural protocols, and compact high-capacity storage made the Crown obsolete almost as soon as it matured. It became the neuralware equivalent of MiniDisc: capable, clever, beloved by a few, and stranded by the technology that arrived immediately after it.

Its | That failure is exactly what makes surviving Crowns useful now. The architecture is modular, overbuilt, poorly locked down by modern standards, and eminently hackable if someone can still find parts. Anna Log's unit has been rebuilt far beyond its intended service life. Its external pickups feed her BD recorder and Neural Link, custom couplers interface with her cyber-dreads, and the original signal paths have been opened for live audio interpretation, visual synthesis, local playback, and field broadcast. It is obsolete technology being asked to do something its designers never planned for.

OVERVIEW
Anna Log is a nomadic sound witch, vinyl DJ, road-tested technician, and mobile venue operator. She travels the Badlands and the road circuits beyond Night City, developing temporary stages in forgotten places and turning neutral ground into ritual space.
Her sets are built from real records, physical controls, repaired electronics, and a neural interface tuned for spatial sound and sensory calibration. She treats music as signal, communion, and controlled disruption.
She carries no permanent banner and recognizes no master. Her reputation rests on technical competence, quiet authority, and the ability to make a place feel larger than the world outside it.

Braindance interface and spatial mixing system.
VINYL ROAD RIG
Twin turntables, analog mixer, and reinforced road cases.
RITUAL COAT
Distressed fabric, bronze geometry, circuitry, and sound sigils.

Portable tactile interface for signal routing and control.
RECORD CRATES
Reinforced cases carrying a curated analog collection.
APPEARANCE
Anna is a Chinese woman with a strong, compact, distinctly curving build.
Her black cyber-dreads form a dense neural crown reaching down her back.

VINYL ROAD RIG
Two heavy turntables and a central analog mixer mounted inside reinforced road cases. Every control is physical. Knobs, faders, switches, cue controls, and patch cables remain visible and accessible during a set.
The analog audio path also feeds Anna's neural and visual system, where the music is interpreted through her own emotional response and transformed into imagery. That visual stream can then be broadcast locally to compatible optics and visual links in the audience.
AUDIO AND DATA RACK
A rugged rack-mounted signal system containing amplifiers, patch bays, storage drives, waveform displays, power management, field-repair panels, and the custom hardware that bridges Anna's analog audio chain into her neural and visual systems.
Live audio is routed through the neural interface and BD interpretation layer, where Anna's emotional response becomes a visual signal. Feedback loops let her shape that signal before it is split between her own control feed, the club's physical sound system, and a local visual broadcast available to compatible audience optics.
RAVEN MICROCYBERNETICS RC-2031 "CROWN"
HYBRID NEURAL INTERFACE · FULL-SENSORY RECORDER · DISCONTINUED
The Crown was Raven Microcybernetics' early-2030s attempt to bridge implanted neuralware with a heavier external pickup architecture. Instead of relying entirely on internal neural taps, the system surrounded the rear of the skull with additional sensory pickups, signal-conditioning hardware, modular interface rails, and an occipital recording core. The result was bulky, temperamental, and unusually complete: a full-sensory recording and playback platform that could be serviced, rerouted, or physically patched without opening the user's skull.
That failure is exactly what makes surviving Crowns useful now.
ANNA'S UNIT: Hacked, modified, unstable, serviceable, and still alive. Most of the original Raven firmware is gone. What remains is hardware, timing logic, old protocols, and enough exposed architecture for Anna to make it do things Raven never advertised.
